An abnormal mass of tissue is called tumor. Tumors are the classic sign of inflammation and can be benign or malignant. Benign tumor is the static tumor which does not invade the nearby tissues or spread to other parts of the body. Benign tumor can be serious if they press on vital structures such as blood vessel. Malignant tumor is the movable tumor it become cancerous sometime.
