Design of “FilteredAccount”

Program plan:

• Create a class “FilteredAccount” that extends the class “Account”,
  • Declare the necessary variables.
  • Define the constructor of its own class,
    • Call the super class constructor using “super” keyword.
    • Set the variable’s values to “0”.
  • Define the method “process()”,
    • Increment the transaction.
    • Check whether the value is equal to “0”,
      • If it is true, increment the zeros.
      • Return “true”.
        • Otherwise, return the value returned from the super class method “process()”.
  • Define the method “percentFiltered()”,
    • Check whether the transaction is “0”,
      • If it is true, return “0.0”.
        • Otherwise, return the calculated value.
