Decision making:

It is a skill required by all business professionals. At every company decisions are required to run the business.

Explanation of Solution

Operational level:

• In this level, the employee organizes the core business activates such as develop, control and maintain in order to process the day-to-day functions.
• It promotes some potential solutions and so it is considers as the structured decisions.
• This type of decision takes place in a repetitive manner and will impact the short term business strategy that are defined.
• It helps to identifying the metrics of the product manufacturing for customers of Actionly.
• The metrics of the product are shown with required information.
• The complete product information is being stored from manufacture to order and delivery.

Managerial level:

• In this level, the employees operation has been evaluated to improve the firms to identify, adapt and change to the required process.
• The competitive advantage of the company should be adjusted and revised frequently in order to overcome the competitor strategy.
• The decisions which are made in the managerial level are considered to be semi structured decisions.
• This type of decisions are taken at the situation where the potential solutions gets evaluated based on the few process that are established but it is not sufficiently enough to lead with certain optional decisions.
• The future analysis of the product is being established such that trends of the product along with statistics can be analyzed.
• The analysis shows the future growth of the company towards the projection of the product.
• The customers of Actionly can know their competitive status and promote the growth of the product further by performing what if analysis.

Strategic level:

• In this level, the overall company strategic plan is developed which includes the goals and objective of the company.
• It tracks the organization’s strategic performance which covers the political, economic, and competitive business environment.
• The decisions which are made in the managerial level are considered to be the unstructured decisions.
• This type of decision takes place where the decision makers take choice of decision with no procedures or certain rules in obtaining an exact or correct decision.
• This type of decision process is important and taken at rare cases in obtaining the long term business strategy.
• The customer of Actionly is capable of viewing the status of the product sales in different perception levels.
• Since the product sales are being at different perception levels it will help the decision makers to obtain ideas to promote the business.
• Thus the next level of growth can be predicted by the customers of Actionly.
