Operational level:
In this level, the employee organizes the core business activates such as develop, control and maintain in order to process the day-to-day functions. It promotes some potential solutions and so it is considers as the structured decisions.
The operational level is used to plan, structure and implement the features in the connected car as it belongs to the premier level. The process involved in developing the connected car are structured.
Managerial level:
In this level, the employees operation has been evaluated to improve the firms to identify, adapt and change to the required process. The competitive advantage of the company should be adjusted and revised frequently in order to overcome the competitor strategy. The decisions which are made in the managerial level is considered as the semi structured decisions.
The managerial level is used to evaluate the operations of the connected car. The connected cars should be tested frequently in order to enhance the features associated with it.
Strategic level:
In this level, the overall company strategic plan is developed which includes the goals and objective of the company. It tracks the organization’s strategic performance which covers the political, economic, and competitive business environment. The decisions which are made in the managerial level is considered as the unstructured decisions.
Strategic level is used to find the overall management of the cars, working of the car which can be done at any time period. It helps to enhance overall efficiency of the car.
