UPS systems:
The full form of UPS is “Uninterruptable Power Supply”. They act as a backup power supply for computers. The powering capacity of UPS is usually measured in volt-ampere. A normal computer uses 200 VA and during interruptions or power fluctuations, it gets efficient power supply from UPS which provides up to 1,000 VA.
Types of UPS:
There are four primary types of UPS. They are as follows:
- Standby UPS
- Standby ferroresonant UPS
- Line-interactive UPS
- Double conversion online UPS

- A press's machine cycle is as follows: ;Lowering the ram: the ram is lowered when The safety screen was open before the cycle began and is now closed (limit switches S4 and S5 actuated) The press is in the home, i.e. upper position (limit switch .S6 actuated) Two-hand switches S1 and S2 were not actuated prior to .the cycle but are now Halting the ram during lowering: the ram stops ;immediately when One of the two-hand switches is released. Or The safety screen is opened. Or .The ram is down (limit switch S3 actuated) Raising the ram: If the ram is down (limit switch S3 风 actuated), it is raised by the eccentric drive. The safety .screen can be opened and both two-hand switches released The machining cycle is completed when the ram reaches the .home position (limit switch S6 actuated) The designer needs for ****** state boxes for drawing the ASM-chart for the controller of the aforementioned system 6 7 9 10 8 5arrow_forwardDESIGN THIS USING OOPS Use cases: A company have PCU, GTI, Zelio, Regalia, iCruze Inverters, All Inverters have Power rating which is determined by ( Current * Operating Voltage ) Only PCU, GTI and Regalia are solar Inverters other are not (solar inverters get charge by solar panels and solar energy, Solar Inverters have Solar Panels also Solar Inverters further have two option one Battery version that whatever energy is produced will be stored in battery other will not store any energy,so PCU comes with battery but GTI have no battery, Solar Inverter also have GRID On , system where you can sell your extra energy back, GTI is GRID On where as this feature is not available in PCU, Non Solar Inverters are Simple Home Inverters Which have a Battery.arrow_forwardCalculate the COPT for system including following unit is: Unit No Capacity (MW) FOR 0.03 1 25 2 25 0.03 3 50 0.05arrow_forward

- Op-amp According to the information below, you need to answer the questions given by setting up the Op-amp circuit. is requested. Vin = -1 volt Desired Vout value will be 16. Note that a positive value is requested. Only resistors with 1k, 3k, 5k, 7k and 11k ohms can be used. The V+ value of the LM741 IC to be used for the op-amp will be 20 volts and the V value will be -20 volts. You need to use at least one inverting amplifier and non-inverting amplifier to create the circuit. 1)Write how you should find the Vout value. 2)Write the gain formula of the circuit and calculate it. 3) Build the circuit in any simulation program like Proteus and get the outputs.arrow_forward(a) Figure 3 shows the component used to create a pedal system for electric toy car. These power supplies include transformers that change the voltage of the AC that comes through wall outlets, rectifiers to save it from AC to DC and a filter that removes noise from the peaks and troths of the AC power waves. The DC-to-AC Converters are used to charge the batteries in the vehicles. These circuits are mainly used for driving low-power AC motors and are used in a solar power system. The DC to AC converters can be used in dc transmission lines for transmitting power to loads. QUESTION: What do you think is the main reason why we have AC power in our outlets instead of DC power? Explain your answer.arrow_forward
