Introduction: Myopia is also called nearsightedness. This condition occurs when the resting curvature of the lens is too great or the eyeball is too deep. Hyperopia is also called farsightedness. It occurs when the lens is too flat or the eyeball is too shallow, then it results in a condition called hyperopia.
