Concept introduction:
The sexual reproduction involves two different parents. Each of the parents forms gametes, which at the time of fertilization fuses. This leads to the formation of a zygote, which is genetically different from both the parents. However, there are certain species in which, the hermaphrodite organisms exist. The hermaphrodites have both the sex organs.
