Permission for accessing personal mail:

The company may have the technological access to employees’ information. However, there must be predetermined company policies on email. The e-communications of employees must be monitored by the company because of some security purpose. Formations of policies are also included on the email usage.

The employees must be use the email for business purpose. They are not allowed to open their personal emails in the office hours. The company employer can monitor the employee’s emails if there is a possibility of threat to the organization.

The organization will assure the persons that their personal information will not share to anyone and it is protected by particular safeguards.
