Consider the statement that two cards are drawn out of deck of cards.

Since total number of cards in the deck is 52 .

Two cards are drawn from the deck of cards.

Therefore n(s) =event of two cards drawn =52C252×512=1326.

Recall that there are 26 red card and 4 queen card.

Event of both red card are n(A)=26C226×252=325.

Event of queen card are n(B)=4C2=4×3×2×12×2=6.

Event of both red and queen card is n(AB) =2C2=1 .
