Internet and World Wide Web are same or different?

Explanation of Solution

Internet and World Wide Web are not the same. Internet provides the required infrastructure for World Wide Web. Internet allows one to visit the World Wide Web. World Wide Web is totally different from the Internet. It contains millions of web pages that consist of multimedia and text. The collection of the web pages together forms a web site which is stored on a web server which is similar to a powerful computer with having high processing and storage capacity and minimum facility for user interaction. Internet allows accessing and visiting those websites and web pages with the help of web browser such as Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet explorer.
