Assessment for this unit
BSBCMM511 Communicate with influence
describes the skills and knowledge required to present and negotiate persuasively, lead and participate in meetings and make presentations to customers,
clients and other key stakeholders.
For you to be assessed as competent, you must successfully complete two assessment tasks:
Assessment Task 1: Knowledge questions – You must answer all questions correctly.
