Module Two Homework
Resource Assignments
Work remained the same because it is a “fixed work task” meaning only the duration and the units are recalculated. The amount of work stays the same but the resources are now cut in half which in turn affects the duration of the project.
Project Cost
The total cost of the project is $36,000, this would be affected if the duration of the project changed or the amount of resources used. The more resources or the longer the project, the more the project will cost in the long run.
