I calculated the number of portion provided for the recipe so for example according to the recipe
1 English muffin was required to make bruschetta but we had 5 members in the group so we
need 5 English muffing altogether.

Select the cookery method that you will use. Explain your decision.
When selecting the cookery method to use, it is important to consider the type of meal being
prepared, the equipment and ingredients available, and the time and resources available for
cooking. The method for Bruschetta is blanching method for tomatoes.
Select the cooking times and temperatures that you will use. Explain your decision.
I will utilize a recipe or cookbook, the instructions included with the oven or stove being used, or
the manufacturer's suggestions to calculate the proper cooking times and temperatures. A food
thermometer should be used to check that the food has achieved a safe internal temperature. We
need to preheat oven to 400º.Brush English muffin on both sides lightly with oil and place on
large baking sheet. Toast muffin until holden,10 to 15 min, turning halfway through. Let bread
cool for 5 min then rub tops of bread with halved garlic cloves.
Select the accompaniments which you will add to your dish. Explain your decision – how do the
accompaniments complement your dish?
So I am going to add pepper and basil to make it more flavourful. Consider the flavours and
textures of the food, how they will fit with the overall theme or style of the dish, and how they will
suit any dietary requirements or preferences of the customers or customers when choosing the
right garnishes and accompaniments. These extra ingredients can improve the dish's
appearance, flavour, and texture as well as the entire dining experience.
Describe how you will select the ingredients that you need from stores. How will you check them
for freshness and quality?
It's important to conduct research on the top suppliers of the materials you require. This could
entail visiting various stores to evaluate costs and choices, speaking with local farmers or food
