628 Week 4 Discussion: When I first began with my SAFMEDS back in our first course I remember receiving some brief feedback concerning the overall assignment itself. I don’t recall ever receiving specific feedback about my study skills. This pattern continued with my other previous courses so I don’t have much to share or elaborate on concerning feedback with my SAFMEDS at least from an outside perspective. There were definitely times when I have given myself feedback on my own study habits from looking over my weekly data. I would use this feedback to create and make future goals and new and improved habits as a consequence to get better. I would love to receive more feedback so I can improve more and get better. And also So I could create an environment with reciprocal feedback. That would be a great way to get consistent “motivation and guidance ( DiNovi & Gavoni, 2021, p. 150)” throughout my goal setting process. Some of the feedback I have given myself has absolutely strengthened my study habits and routines. As suggested by Cooper et. al, feedback has helped me to become more aware of my progress and to “improve the integrity” to which I implement my own study habits. When I am creating my consequences on my weekly assignment, I am trying to find solutions that can help me to become a more effective studier and improve my scores. My feedback is key in this process and has strengthened my study habits in areas such as consistency, frequency, and duration. References: Cooper, J. O., Heron, T. E., & Heward, W. L. (2020).
