628 Week 4 Discussion:
When I first began with my SAFMEDS back in our first course I remember receiving some brief feedback concerning the overall assignment itself. I don’t recall ever receiving specific feedback about my study skills. This pattern continued with my other previous courses so I don’t have much to share or elaborate on concerning feedback with my SAFMEDS at least from an outside perspective. There were definitely times when I have given myself feedback on my own study habits from looking over my weekly data. I would use this feedback to create and make future goals and new and improved habits as a consequence to get better. I would love to receive more feedback so I can improve more and get better. And also So I could create an environment with reciprocal feedback. That would be a great way to get consistent “motivation and guidance (
DiNovi & Gavoni, 2021, p. 150)” throughout my goal setting process. Some of the feedback I have given myself has absolutely strengthened my study habits and routines. As suggested by Cooper et. al, feedback has helped me to become more aware of my progress and to “improve the integrity” to which I implement my own study habits. When I am creating my consequences on my weekly assignment, I am trying to find solutions that can help me to become a more effective studier and improve my scores. My feedback is key in this process and has strengthened my study habits in areas such as consistency, frequency, and duration. References:

the stakeholders have different roles and responsibilities, you should analyze the ethical dilemma(s) from their perspective
and identify how the ethical dilemma affects them. You are expected to synthesize what you have learned about ethical
decision-making, as well as the “rules” and relevant theories of ethics and the importance of business sustainability, and apply

METHODOLOGY OR COMBINATION OF METHODOLOGIES
JUSTIFICATION FOR THE METHODOLOGY OR COMBINATION OF METHODOLOGIES
A specialized contracting company recently experienced rapid growth and decided to implement a project/job tracking system. Dissatisfied with the available software programs and the cost, the company decided to write its own application. The owner's daughter, who recently graduated from college with an IT degree, has been hired as a developer and is eager to work on the project. The company’s one other developer has only one year of experience as a developer. The construction project manager (CPM) has been with the company for more than 15 years and will be the primary user of this new application. He is well known for being sensitive to requests from the owner and is prone to changing requirements often. He hired a junior CPM a few years prior and feels comfortable stepping away from his usual responsibilities to assist with this new project.

As a boss you are required to make a presentation in front of your team and share with them the sales forecast for product A for the year 2019-20. For the past one year, the company has been facing employee turnover in the sales team. The new software purchased for data analytics is also not working properly and the team struggles when they have to make a report. Apart from these issues, your team might be required, in the coming six months, to start working on a new product development.
Finally, the day comes when you make the presentation but just as you complete and about to say: `Any questions?’ one of the team leads raises his voice and says:` How can you expect us to double the sales next year when we have been struggling so hard?’
He then elaborates in agitated tone all the problems the team has been facing (as stated above).
