By boosting the self-confidence of people who need it, People First San Diego's organizational
design exemplifies creating an infrastructure of well-being (Walden University, 2022). To
provide everyone the opportunity to express themselves, People First San Diego aspires to
establish that environment (2022). They are receptive to various viewpoints to better address the
challenging issues in their communities (Walden University, 2022).
Explain how the design supports the organization’s mission.
This is why the organizational design supports People First San Diego's mission.
Prioritizing
individuals first, as stated by Walden University in 2022, People First San Diego's priority is to
serve its residents before anything else. Second, a variety of programs are available to
community members, giving them the chance to develop psychological resilience, mental health,
and financial security. In addition to shelter and work, such amenities additionally tackle
physical, psychological, and emotional well-being (Walden University, 2022). Explain the importance of organizational charts and organizational structure; explain

The organizational structure is fundamental to how personnel are orchestrated, managed, and
motivated to collaborate to achieve organizational goals (GreggU, 2019). Conflict and
