Logic Model
The logic model was created so that a clear plan can be made for changes that need to take place.
The plan is usually in response to an issue, that can be data integrity based. Data integrity is not an obsolete issue and can be seen with some legislations that have been created to make sure that
the data and the patient’s overall privacy have been complied with and respected. There are often
ethical dilemmas that can occur with healthcare professionals and the patients in which they care for. This writer aims to discuss what a proper approach to the subject is, and how best to make sure that the legislation is accurate and that is deemed to be successful in correcting any issues. This can be done by using credible sources that support the research and explain the logic model and what it can help to accomplish. Ethical Dilemma in the Research
Research is how we gather data, and how we make changes to standing data, with tests and other methods. Ethics is very important when making these changes, has the information that is used must be the best information, as well as the truest to the field in which it is being used. In healthcare it is important that there are no mistakes, as research often will turn into treatments, and or procedures, for patients, which can include the way in which their information is shared, used, and protected. If the issue is ethical, then it is even more important that ethics are used in the very research of the topic. This is a clear understanding of the desired outcomes, the consequences that can arise, and the unbiased research that gives the best results. Like in any experiment. Legislation and Regulations in the Barrier
When it comes to patient information and the privacy in which all patients must have, and deserve, the act is The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, more commonly
known as HIPAA. This legislation was created in 1996, and is followed by any and every medical facility. This means that the patients information cannot be compromised, and not given or shared to anyone outside of the agreed parties. This act was created with the patients in mind. This legislation forced compliance, with great consequence, for anything else but adherence. With technology, and the used of electronic records and appointments, test results, and even the documentation of the treatments and procedures, the importance of healthcare information safety
has never been higher. It is important that there are proper protocols and procedures in place that any breeches of confidentiality risks are minimized. As a result, another legislation was introduced which is the Health Information Technology for
Economic and Clinical Health act (HITECH). This act was passed in 2009, as healthcare facilities began to implement electronic records, thus ensuring that hackers would have access to at least have the possibility to access the accounts (HHS Office of the Secretary, 2017). Credible and Reliable Sources in the Research
Before any legislation can be passed there must be supporting evidence of its probability of success. Healthcare legislation cannot be passed out hoping that they will work there has to be more than guess. Healthcare is simply science in a different degree. Which means that there needs to be solid evidence behind any and all claims. With the technological side of things, firewalls, and other safeguards are used. How many breeches are there now that electronic records has taken off. Research shows that one of the most effective methods is a blockchain method (Pandey, et al, 2020). We can use this resource as a credible source as it is peer reviewed
to be accurate by other professionals in the field. Logic Model

An entrepreneur has embarked on a project to use human hair in place of animal furs in a clothing line. The human hair is to be woven into cotton fabrics, to make a hybrid fabric, that can be used as a thermal insulating fabric (i.e., it keeps persons warm). To increase the probability of sales the hybrid fabric must be dyed in various colors. Provide advice to the entrepreneur on what approaches should/could be taken to dye the new hybrid fabric. In your advice discuss the requirements of the dyes to be used, why hair dyes would not be a good option and how the dye(s) you suggest would work in the application based on the structure/properties of the fabric.

Research Study
The quality of care given by health care providers can literally be a matter of life or death. Some of the most vulnerable patients are those in long-
term skilled nursing facilities. Ensuring the safety and well-being of these residents is both critical and challenging.
A study conducted at a facility in Massachusetts specializing in the treatment of people with a chronic illness showed that the implementation of a
WiFi-based localization system cut the average time needed to find residents from over 5 minutes to less than 2 minutes. It also alerted staff with a
high degree of accuracy when high-risk residents went outside (false positive rate of 9.1%; false negative rate of 1.7%). Devices were mounted on
residents' wheelchairs, and monitoring software was installed on staff computers. The facility in the study already had a WiFi system installed.
The study's authors conclude that "Using timely resident…

Outer Banks County is a 200-square-mile area in coastal North Carolina, and you are the IT manager. The county has about a hundred office employees who perform clerical tasks in various departments. A recent budget crisis has resulted in a wage and hiring freeze, and morale has declined. The county manager has asked you to install some type of keystroke logger to monitor employees and determine whether they are fully productive. After your conversation, you wonder whether there might be some potential privacy and security issues involved. For example, does an employer have a duty to notify its employees that it is monitoring them? Should the employer notify them even if not required to do so? From a human resources viewpoint, what would be the best way to approach this issue? Also, does a potential security issue exist? If an unauthorized person gained possession of the keystroke log, he or she might be able to uncover passwords and other sensitive data.

WHAT THEY DON'T KNOW WON'T HURT THEM during my last two years in college, I worked for Dan animal hospital in my hometown. In my time there, many animals passed away in their sleep or for unknown reasons. It was not uncommon. In these situations, our facility would offer the owners the service of an autopsy. An autopsy is a procedure in which the doctor would surgically open up the animal to check for any signs of what might have caused the animal's death. Mrs. Johnson, a client of ours, brought in her dog that had unfortunately passed away while she was at work. Her dog was only five years old, and the owners were not aware of any health problems. No one, including the doctor, could figure out what had caused the death of Mrs. Johns on's dog.
