Discuss the role that resources, organizational communications, and training play in the support and successful implementation of a marketing plan. Cite the

A marketing plan is the foundation for which the marketing efforts are presented by a business. Essentially it is an outline of the strategy that marketing is planning for a specific period of time. An organization utilizes resources, communications, and training that support a successful implementation of the marketing plan. The importance of resource data and communications are vital in obtaining updated trends that have been gathered from past performances and this would allow for an improved version of the marketing plan. This allows for a more realistic objectives that will be based on actual market data that accounts for customer loyalty, motivation, and expectations that would allow to define their demographic and psychological profiles.
Ultimately, the SWOT analysis is determined and laid out in order to unveil the marketing strategy. The strategy is presented along with the budget in which projections are outlined in order to view the potential revenues and costs of the marketing plan. A marketing plan is only as effective as the budget
allocated to it and the cost of marketing should make the company break even and profitable. This plan is continually analyzed and updated by the marketing manager based on the performance analysis conducted periodically. Information is the key for any plan to be successful.

Can You Sell Customer Information[1]
When customers buy products through an online company, they leave a lot of information behind, including their name and address and the types of products they have viewed while browsing. Partner companies often approach businesses to buy this type of data to find out more about customers’ purchasing patterns. But is it right to sell customer information? And even if it is not sold, should it even be used in house?
David Hennessey, professor of marketing at Babson College, believes that using consumer information is a privacy and fairness issue if not a legal one, certainly because, in most cases, people believe they are making purchases anonymously or are somehow otherwise protected.
