Wk.4 Marketing Analysis Reports Write a 700- to 1,050-word market analysis report of the facility you selected. In your report:
1.
Describe the facility you selected, its location, and the services it offers.
The facility I chose to write about is a medical office that’s called my Dr. Now in the state of Arizona in
the west valley of phoenix. Insurance Options & Payment Plans Available. Learn About MY DR NOW's
Affordable Services. We Offer Urgent & Primary Care and Mobile Doctors - Walk in Or Schedule an
Appointment! House Call Services. Urgent & Primary Care. 7 Locations in Arizona. These are the services
that they provide: Primary Care. Adult Healthcare, Pediatric Healthcare. Immediate Care, Vaccines and,
Immunizations, Medication Management and Refills, Depression and Anxiety Management, ADHD
Maintenance. My Dr Now (2023)
2.
Analyze the demographics of the consumers who might use the selected facility. My Dr. Now is for all ages down to babies and to older community. They see more kids and older
patients in their late 20’s to early 30’s. But this is also for those who need to be tested for a job they can walk right in and get tested. Easy for those who don’t want that ER bill and come in and
be seen and get the medicine they need or the help they need. 3.
Analyze the marketing approach used for the facility.

The new clinics are strategically located throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area to ensure that
patients have easy access to quality healthcare services, whether they need a same-day appointment,
evening care, or weekend access no matter where they are. MY DR NOW understands that health
concerns don't adhere to a strict schedule, and these new clinics will provide patients with the flexibility
they need to address their healthcare needs. This expansion effort aims to make high-quality healthcare
even more convenient and accessible to residents of the Phoenix metro area. "We are excited about the
continued growth of MY DR NOW and our ability to serve even more people in the Phoenix metro area,"
said Dr. Payam Zamani, CEO and Founder of MY DR NOW. "Our mission has always been to provide
exceptional healthcare services that are convenient, affordable, and patient-centered. The healthcare
industry has a reputation of being complicated, expensive, and inconvenient. We aim to change all that
with our On Demand Primary Care model. These new clinics are a testament to our dedication to making
healthcare more accessible to people of all ages." MY DR NOW has built a reputation for its patient-
centric approach, which combines cutting-edge technology, compassionate care, and a commitment to
the overall well-being of its patients. The expansion of their services to new locations underscores their
unwavering commitment to delivering top-quality healthcare with the convenience that patients
deserve. Jones (2023) 4.
Consider the targeted audience based on the demographics of the consumers who might use
the facility.
The ones that will use this clinic the most is family that are low income and need a quick visit with a doctor or families with kids if they are sick, they can walk right in and be seen and get the meds they need for their child. Also. The younger generation the ones in their 20’ s or 30’s for mental health gets on a plan for them to get the right help and medication they will do an assessment.

QUESTION 2 (Part)
Marie from question 1 expected to have a substantial income tax liability for the 2023 income year and shortly before 30 June 2023 wanted to adopt some tax planning strategies to reduce that liability. She considered the following two suggestions.
...
The second alternative suggestion was a “tax effective” investment scheme that Marie heard about at a city wine bar that was a “certainty” to reduce her income tax liability. The investment was marketed by a brochure that highlighted its tax advantages and was widely
promoted by a cattle investment company. It involves a cattle breeding program under which an investor agrees to lease from the cattle investment company some cows for breeding purposes and pays leasing fees for this, and then makes income from the sale of bred cattle.
The initial lease period is two years during which the investor engages a cattle management company to manage the cows for breeding purposes and pays management fees for these services. An…

On aTuesday morning, one of ITEXX’s sales managers asks John to reschedule his manufacturingjobs for the rest of the week to accommodate a special order from a new customer. The sales manager is keen ongetting the new customer, which could mean an important increase in overall sales and output atthe plant.
