Reflection on my 3 objectives that I planned to accomplish this spring 2023
semester
Objective
During the Spring 2023 semester, I will evaluate at least 10 patients with a
chief complaint of heavy vaginal bleeding while doing my clinical rotation at
Dr. Pinkston’s office. I will complete the exam and work through the
differential diagnosis with my preceptor to increase my confidence and
proficiency in evaluating this chief complaint.
Reflection
I did meet this objective by evaluating more than 10 patients with
complaints of heavy vaginal bleeding. I feel like in CP2 I can do better
at working through the differential diagnosis and work on increasing
my confidence. I feel like working more directly with a women’s health
provider will give me more confidence.
Objective
During the Spring 2023 semester, I will at least complete 10 patient physical
exams for wellness visits while doing my clinical rotation at Dr. Pinkston’s
office. I will complete the exams and work through any concerns that may
arise with my preceptor to increase my confidence and proficiency in doing
wellness visits and physical exams
Reflection
I met this objective and feel like I did it with confidence. I did more
than 10 patient physical exams and I was able to talk the patients
through the exam. I did not have any concerns that arose, which is
good. But I feel like if concerns did arise it would build my confidence
more.
Objective
During the Spring 2023 semester, I will at least complete 10 patient
discussions for follow-ups and lab work results from pervious visit. While
doing my clinical rotation at Dr. Pinkston’s office, I will complete the
discussion of the patient’s lab results with the patient. Importantly, will work
through the results of the labs prior to addressing them with the patient with
Dr. Pinkston. This will allow Dr. Pinkston to help me address any concerns
that may arise with in the lab work prior to visiting the patient. This will also
help increase my confidence and proficiency in doing the follow-up visit and
reading patient lab results.
Reflection
A lot of the patients we had in clinic came back in a week or 2 for
follow up on labs, so that gave me the opportunity to really learn lab
results and the importance of them. Dr. Pinkston did a great job at
helping me identify labs to address and labs that were normal. I hope
in CP2 I am able to see more pediatric labs and learn more about
those.

This is an engineering problem and not a writing assignment. Please Do Not Reject. I had other engineering tutors on bartleby help me with problems similar to this one.
This problem must be presented in a logical order showing the necessary steps used to arrive at an answer. Each homework problem should have the following items unless otherwise stated in the problem:
a. Known: State briefly what is known about the problem.
b. Schematic: Draw a schematic of the physical system or control volume.
c. Assumptions: List all necessary assumptions used to complete the problem.
d. Properties: Identify the source of property values not given to you in the problem. Most sources will be from a table in the textbook (i.e. Table A-4).
e. Find: State what must be found.
f. Analysis: Start your analysis with any necessary equations. Develop your analysis as completely as possible before inserting values and performing the calculations. Draw a box around your answers and include units and follow an…

Case Study – The New Engineer
Jeff was just hired by GSI, Inc. to be their Environmental and Safety Coordinator. This is Jeff's first position after completing his engineering degree. He had taken a course in safety engineering as part of his studies and felt confident that he could handle the job.
Management at GSI, Inc. has assured him that they are committed to maintaining a safe workplace. They have never had an individual dedicated to this task full-time. They will implement his recommendations if he can justify them.
As Jeff begins to get familiar with the operations, he spends considerable time on the production floor. He notices workers clean their tools before break with a liquid from an unmarked 55-gallon drum. They also use this liquid to clean residue from their skin. They use paper towels to dry their tools and hands, throw these towels in the trash, and head to the break room for a snack and/or smoke.
In talking with the workers, Jeff learns of some of…

In February of 2010, architects and consulting engineers all over Bastonia, were seeking out any available defense attorneys with experience in criminal law. These activities were brought on by subpoenas issued by the Attorney General of Bastonia Jose Paleri, who was looking into charges of bribes and kickbacks given to elected statesmen by engineers working in the construction industry. The subpoenas required the engineers to submit the records of their firms to the office of Attorney General of Bastonia. Leonardo Marsiano, who was a partner of Marsiano and Associates Inc.., was one of these engineers. The susequent events were highly published by Baskonia press and finally led to the resignation anddisgrace of Santana Spirola when he was the Minister of Public Works in Baskonia.Leonardo Marsiano was an engineer trained at a prestigious university. Eventhough his firm was doing well, in case of big public-work contracts, they werecontinuously losing to other firms. In Baskonia,…

Please double check before rejecting this question. If it needs to be rejected, please explain why as I cannot see how this is a breach of the honor code.
This is a questions from the previous year's exam at my university in Engineering Science. I have submitted a solution given to us for study purposes as proof that I will not be graded on this assessment.
In this solution, the formula (2gh)1/2 is used to find the solution, but I am on familliar with Bernoulli's Principle (P=1/2pv^2+pgh), and I was not able to find a solution using this. My solution incurred an error when I found that I had two unkown variables left that I could not break down in any meaningful way. (Velocity being the desired variable, Pressure being the problematic variable). Pressure = Force x Area, but I don't know enough about the dimensions of the tank or tap to be able to understand this.
Thank you for your help.
