included a complete blood count test and a fecal occult blood test.

LUQ stands for left upper quadrant. Organs you can find in the left upper quadrant are the
stomach, spleen, the left side of the liver, the left side of the pancreas, left kidney, and the
colon. Dyspepsia is the condition of painful or abnormal digestion also known as
indigestion which can include nausea and gas.

The pathological condition that was ruled out was gastric cancer. The diagnostic
procedure that was preformed to rule it out was a biopsy. Multiple biopsies were
preformed and came back negative.

H. Pylori is also known as Helicobacter Pylori is a bacterium that infects the stomach
lining. The signs and symptoms of H. Pylori are not common but include and are not
limited to burning and aching or the stomach, nausea, bloating, frequent burping, loss of
appetite, unintentional weight loss, bloody or black feces, bloody vomit or vomit that
resembles coffee grounds.

The procedures that visually examined the ulcer was a gastroscopy. The complications
included erosion in the gastric lining and evidence of active bleeding.
