I would describe my level of proficiency as proficient but needs improvement. I always aim for the higher level, because I suffer from learning disabilities but never let it get in the way of anything. Thought I can get confused when I am reading and do try my best to give good input on my own experiences. I also have a condition that makes it hard to type so I wish I could say much more when I want to. 2. Relevance to Programmatic Themes: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. I would describe my level of proficiency as proficient but needing improvement. I think the topic this week was a little difficult because I am such a private person. Talking about emotional intelligence with others can be a challenge. We are putting ourselves out there sharing stuff about ourselves so that can be the challenge. 3. Advancement of Discussion: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. I would say again, proficient but needs improvement. I tried my best to use tools that were given to me prior. There is always room to improvement when it comes to a conversation amongst your peers. 4. I would say proficient on this because when it comes to communication, I have always stayed in that line when having discussions with others. I think no matter what it is you are doing; you must keep things cordial always. 5. Timeliness: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. I would say proficient because I posted my own post, and I have always given time to really go through others posts so I reply by the end of the week. Sometimes people will post late, so I always give it a few extra days. 6. Norms of Practice for Online Discussion: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. I would say proficient since I know how to post in a timely manner since I have been doing this for a while. I just still need improvement in replies because it is hard to make them longer in length. 7. Ethical Usage Practices: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. I would describe ethical usage as proficient because I am a very private person, so I am good at keeping other issues they discuss with me private. Without even being asked, I know now to repeat what I hear. Also, when it comes to copying others work, I am a photographer, so I know what that is like when someone uses your own work as their own. 2
