Informal interview, observations and actual experiences of one of the proponents were also included in constructing the questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of criteria that measure the manual system in terms of accuracy, effectiveness, reliability, security and speed. The first draft of the questionnaire was submitted to the professor of the proponents for corrections and suggestions. After the validity and reliability of the questionnaire has been established, the investigators then sought the approval of their Professor as well as the Manager of the Cyclemar Caloocan Corporation to allow them to conduct the study. After the approval of these authorities, the proponents’ administered the questionnaires. By the time the survey questionnaires were answered by the respondents, the proponents had gathered before the results were tallied for evaluation and interpretation. The employees of Cyclemar Caloocan Corporation were the respondents of this study. In finding out the problems, the employees and regular members were the source of data. On the other hand, the employees were the ones to evaluate the performance of the existing and the proposed system. Findings The findings of this study are presented as follows: 1. The proponents found out that the following features should be included in the proposed system to design a system that can
There are three mains assessing. First assessing, it is collected the “Captera” website, in this part some software introduced and then elaborated every feature of every software. Exactly 22 products analyzed with product details and CRM features (include 16 features.) and average rating. Average rating in according to the number of reviews from customers. Before analyzing of products, there is the summary of each product, which it is described why this product is selected and which aspect of the product is more important for customers.
4. What are the limitations of the survey method, and how would you overcome the limitations of this research method, or any research approach?
This new system would allow for the finance office to create pretty well any type of report that you could look for,
The questions/statements on the questionnaire were tested for validity, reliability, and readability and comprehension. Validity was examined by a panel of experts, reliability was tested by providing the questionnaires to a subsample and providing the questionnaire again to the same group after a 1 week period. Readability and comprehension were tested with other students representative of the sample used for the study.
The questionnaire was circulated among the under-graduate students of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institue of Science and Technology, Karachi. All the participants of the research study were required to fill online survey designed on Google forms. Participants who took part in the study were between the ages from 17-27. After removal of the incomplete set of questionnaires, total of 50 out of 66 questionnaires were accepted and analyzed. Therefore, the total number of respondents, n=50 Males: n=38 (58.5%), Females: n=27
As a method to recap all the information provided, a personal survey will be handed out to each participant, once completed a personal assessment will be made with each individual in order to clarify any
The modern computerized system is developed with the aim to overcome the drawbacks of existing system. The proposed system has got many advantages.
The first interview was conducted as a pilot study, which whilst providing enriched data, was also proposed to determine any flaws and revisions which could then be implemented before continuing the research with the remaining participants and thus giving the overall study a more uniformed and viable approach (Kvale, 2007). However, following this pilot interview the researcher deemed all questions to be appropriate and they were included in the
213). As a result, our leadership is left with no effective means of measuring employee performance, establishing personal goals and growth. Moreover, due to our collective bargaining contract, employees expect their raises to be given to them, in place of having to earn them. In a sense, the department has evolved into a freelance culture which lacks the accountability, guidance, and expectations of being united to meet it end goals and objectives, opposite of performance management.
Before we interviewed the respondent my adviser in Practical research and teacher of home economic validate the questionnaire.
Pilot test is necessary to examine the quality of the questionnaire. It helps to check whether there are any problems in answering the questions such as the misunderstanding of content of questions or bugs of settings. 10 respondents were invited to take part in the pilot test. After getting feedbacks from these respondents about the experience of answering the questionnaire, small adjustments were made in terms of the setting of answer choices. The finalized questionnaire was distributed to target respondents.
The strength of questionnaires is it can give an insight into respondent’s thoughts and opinions and also cost efficient as it is inexpensive.
The main problems with the existing system and goals for the future system identified as below:
Currently, the HGRDA is using paper-based system to register new riders, medical consents and new staffs’ details. According to the clients’ attendance that is recorded in a role book, the invoice will be generated. When riders’ or staff’s information need to be changed, they might need to re-fill forms. The annual timetable will be set up at the beginning of the year. Based on the lesson schedule, the manager will assign suitable staff and volunteers. Additionally, the advantages of using paper-based system are that making notes on files and sharing within a large group easily. Also, the paper-based system will have low requirements on the hardware of the organisation. Besides, one disadvantage of using paper-based system is that the manager has to check records manually, which may cause some unnecessary errors. Another disadvantage is that the current system does not provide the manager with special functions to generate statistic efficiently.
Considering the above facts, the present study adopts the Descriptive Simple Survey Design. A simple survey was initially conducted to collect basic demographic information as well as to understand certain specific socio-cultural indicators.
