The company I work for, Glass Etching Incorporated, has given me the task and opportunity to expand their business by choosing the next location abroad for a new start-up site. Glass Etching Incorporated has been in business since August of 2003 and currently provides services within the United States. The business was originally created in the home of its owners, Tom and Heidi Morgan. Tom and Heidi started this business by selling their products online through various forms of social media websites and buying and selling sites, such as EBay. The products offered by GEI include an array of glassware items to choose from, in which, these items are then sand blasted (etched) with a specific illustrated design, letters, and/or wording, chosen by the customer. These products are then expedited to the customer. The company’s mission is to provide high-quality etched artwork and design on glassware. Also, the company’s purpose is to provide a one of a kind product for the customer, priced reasonably and competitively and to have the business be solely conducted online by means of electronic commerce. With the momentum of the company’s progress, profit and popularity, the Morgan’s decided it was time to expand and attempt to grow their abroad. The United Kingdom is being considered for the new export location. They are a higher-ranking country, in terms of their economy and the probability for a successful business start-up is more likely. Christianity experienced notable change during the Byzantine Era as a result of the fact that new ideas were introduced into the religion and because more and more cultural values from across the world started to pervade it. The religion was very different in Byzantium from how it was in the West principally because a series of Eastern ideas were adopted by Christian leaders. Christianity experienced a different development in the East when compared to the evolution that it experienced in the West. In the centuries lasting between the beginning of the Eastern half of the Roman Empire and the end of a small medieval state Christianity has practically been bombarded with Eastern ideas and with ideas that generally differed from the ones promoted in the West, eventually making it possible for "a distinct system of religious practice and devotion" (Krueger, 1) to emerge.
Exporting has become a very important business strategy nowadays. In order for firms to expand to the international market, and also to maintain and grow their share of market in whatever industry they are in, depending on their goals and objectives, any company must at least explore this possibility. A few and important advantages might come into place, in that they can extend their sales potential of their existing products, increasing margins through a larger customer base. Also, these small to large businesses can consolidate by gaining global share of market, they can reduce their dependence on their existing markets,

The people of those countries will be mad if that company moves out. Since companies have gone global, their officers are also from different parts of the world. Their headquarters are in one place and factories in another. It starts to get hard to tell where the company belongs.
