Correspondence Management Division I work in Correspondence Management Division which is a sub office to the Washington Headquarters Services located at the Pentagon. The overall mission of Correspondence Man-agement Division is to execute the correspondence management procedures and instructions de-vised to conveniently and productively secure and maintain unclassified and classified materials or documents for the higher headquarters. Correspondence Management Division is broken down into four sub branches: Executive Support Branch, Records & Logistics Branch, Correspondence Analysis Branch, and Classified Support Branch. As a Claims Assistant with the VA I am in charge of reviewing files for completeness and creating a Claims Establishment or CEST in the computer.
