As a renowned human resource specialist, I offer subject matter expertise on specific tactics that will restore confidence within the public in its entirety the prevention of another mishap, such as the Veterans Affairs scandal. To recap the issue at hand, it has been discovered that some VA hospitals and clinics across the United States “that a culture of retaliation exists within the Department of Veteran Affairs, which discourages employees from airing concerns about patient care (i.e. poor care, long wait time which possibly led to some deaths of these patients), and discredit them when they came forward-falsified records became public” . It is palpable that the Department of Veteran Affairs or any government agency that is experiencing similar irrationalities is in need of revamping the essentiality of human resource management. Before I reveal my suggestions in promising the public restoration of human resource management, I will like to reiterate the significance of the subject matter.

With sales in excess of $2 billion, Modern was considered a quality manufacturer and a good marketer.” Further, it states that in recent years, the company began to face competitive pressure as North American companies began to outsource manufacturing to China and Vietnam as well as domestic Chinese manufacturers were learning to compete effectively outside their home markets and were importing into Modern’s

My desired career is that of a human resource generalist. The field of a human resource generalist is responsible for the recruitment, new employee orientation, on-boarding and off-boarding, and prepares and maintain employee handbook of the organization’s workforce. To obtain a position as a human resource generalist, employers look for someone with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management depending on the amount of experience, this would get you an entry level position. But to become a top candidate for a human resource position, employers look for someone with a master’s degree. The field of human resources can be broken down into many categories, for example, HR managers, sr. managers, and directors of human resources. Job growth for HR generalist is expected to grow by 9 percent from 2014 to 2024, making it a fast growing occupation, reports the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statics with the median annual salary of $104,440 for an HR manager. The reason why I chose this career is that I am very passionate about working with people in a way they can help themselves. It 's important to find the employees who are the right fit for the job and who can help improve the success of an organization.
The image of any organization is relying on the better outlook it achieves and also receives better returns. In case of hospitality industry, it is very true as well. The practical actions could be taken up to improve the HR practices which hotel industry is facing from the past time and still prevalent. The most important thing which has to be taken into consideration is that Human Resources Managers have the valuable role in managing the workforce of any hotel. All that is needed the little encouragement and development of HR practices.

Human Resource Management is the management of an organization’s employees. When a company designates a Human Resource (HR) department, those in HR are the ones responsible for overseeing the well-being of personnel in the workplace, and focus on how to attract, hire, train, motivate, and maintain employees of the organization. (DeCenzo, Robbins, & Verhulst, 2013, p4). According to David S. Bright from the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, “HR activities include recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, health and safety, and strategic HR planning.”
Human resource management is the all about of recruitment, employee’s selection, providing necessary training and skill development, assessment of employees, and all other factors related to the employees in organization.
