I am a green. Administration is my destiny. I care more about success than someone’s feelings. I’d rather do things myself, leaving my peers on their own. Because I am a green, I have different goals and aspiration than others. I think of myself, and myself only. I like things to go by the book. Education is my only road to success. I am like no other. I have different needs, strengths and challenges than any other color. However, I will always strive because I am a green.

Those are my main challenges. Until one of these are disrupted, I am incomparable. I hate the conception of last minute tendencies. My belief is that if it is last minute then it won't be done to the best of my ability. Rushing through tasks is the best way to fail it, in my opinion. Settling for less is basically failing to me. If it is not to the best of my ability, I will feel as though I might as well not have done it.This can be a problem because in life everything won't be perfect, which is why I have been accepting things for what they are. I struggle when things don’t go my way because I like everything a certain way, if it is in order the way I like, anything with my name on it is pure greatness. However, I am bettering myself because I am a green.

The content of this paper will evaluate the results of the Focus 2 assessment, in addition to the major points discussed by Mr. Glass. Come the end of this paper, the reader will gain a better understanding of my work

According to the assessment, my five biggest weaknesses are money management, organization, time management, planning and goal setting (Bethel, 2014). I believe that there is a common theme that goes along with all of these weaknesses. The biggest thing is that, I feel all of them are due to a lack of organization. If I could get better at organization and planning, I should become better at managing money, managing my time and goal setting. I have said to myself many times that I am bad at managing my time. I always feel that there is not enough time in the day to accomplish the things that I need to accomplish
Global warming is quickly becoming the biggest threat to the long-term survival of America’s wildlife (Global Warming 1). The temperature has been rising since the time factories were first introduced. Even though people knew how harmful greenhouse gases are, they did not realize the long term effects that it would have on the environment. Both wildlife and human existence are affected by this, but taking a step to improve the environment can be difficult. On the other hand, many organizations from different countries are coming together to help one another reduce the amount of greenhouse gases in the air and are improving the way they live. Another way to spread information is with the use of advertisements. Advertisements are a very powerful tool to use because they help marketers get their point across to their audience effectively through the use of visuals paired with phrases. Both advertisements are effective in presenting the importance of taking care of the environment because how the ad is formatted, the color choices made by marketers, and the specific phrases that capture the audience 's attention.

The Green Team is the heart of the Green Schools process, both organizing and directing activities at the school. Consisting of the stakeholders of the school environment - students, teachers, custodians, facilities managers, parents and school board members - the Green Team is democratic and can often be run by the students themselves. Whatever the type of school or age group, student involvement in the committee is essential. This group can be charged with coordinating many of the greening activities, making recommendations to relevant school decision-makers, and facilitating communication among -- and actions by -- the whole
