1. Abstract
Software Development has progressed far in recent years, with Agile software development methodologies contributing to the success of projects and customer satisfaction. This feasibility study will examine the potential implications involved with implementing the 'Integrated Management of Projects and Systems’ (IMPS) system using an Agile method. The system will assist Software Engineers in Communications, Requirements Gathering, Quality Control, and project management. The IMPS system aims to solve remote communications issues and technical complexity barriers faced by non-technical stakeholders involved in software projects, resulting in decreased operating costs and increased productivity. The system will be introduced to the organization gradually as it is development, with a minimum of disruption.
2. Study introduction
Information Technology (IT) has become a significant part of any work conducted in a technical capacity, whether this is via job assistance, or enablement. Communications, record keeping, and employee management all rely heavily upon IT systems to operate. Engineering jobs rely on IT systems to augment and assist to a greater degree than other areas due to the technical nature of the work. Nowhere is this more true than in Software Engineering, where technical details and their representation is key to the success of any project. It has been found that face-to-face meetings are still unmatched in effective communication.

Agile Project management is one of the industries dominating methodology for project management in IT. It is an incremental and iterative way to manage the build and design activities for constructing an IT product, services, and project development in manner which is highly interactive and flexible. In this methodology, scope is defined in granularity that is appropriate with time horizon and checked with the agreement on each feature with the customer. In this methodology work steps are divided with feature breakdown structures. In order to track the progress of the project progress charts are used instead of Gantt charts. Cross-functional and test-driven development teams starts working from the very beginning of the project to provide

Prepare a five to seven paragraph response proposing leadership styles you would recommend for the Denver Airport Project. Please choose a combination (two or three) of the eight leadership styles presented in the Thompson textbook (Chapter 11: Leadership: Managing the Paradox). Please note that you are to also use three other sources from the internet or the DeVry online library. All sources must be cited.

According to the Associated General Contractors of New York State, “The construction industry is the second largest employer in the US, second only to all government employees including the armed forces.” (Associated General Contractors of New York State, 2014). This is a staggering number. However, in spite of this, the industry has suffered a decline in labor productivity beginning in the 1960’s that has continued its trend since that time and seems to be in no hurry to reverse its course (Teicholz, 2013). This paper will explore how Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) can be implemented by the construction industry to solve this issue by greatly decreasing (or even in some cases, eliminating) low productivity and waste, time/cost

There are many different business structures in place which businesses around the world are using today. One of these business structures, used in the design and construction industry, is called Integrated Project Delivery. Integrated Project Delivery is a business style which incorporates all aspects of design throughout the entire design process. This includes, but is not limited to, all participants, business coordination’s, and business systems, and the way they interact with the specialties of the participants, in turn producing fluidity within the design and a highly effective final product. The main players within IPD are owners, architect, contractors, designers, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers.
I have chosen a real company to do my integrated projects on because I am currently an employee at this company. The company is Emerson Commercial and Residential Solutions. At Emerson they manufacture and develop new compressors. They have factories and plants located all over, and they are made up of about 111,000 employees. The one that I am going to be focusing on is the one located in Sidney, OH.

The explosion in the computing field in the last twenty years forced the organisations to be computerised for achieving most of their operations using Information Technology (IT) systems. The implementation of the systems requires a management program for the IS applications development.
