Communication is a two-way process of reaching mutual understanding, in which participants not only exchange (encode-decode) information, news, ideas and feelings but also create and share meaning. (businessdictionary.com, 2017). The types of communication are Interpersonal, Written and Oral. Interpersonal communication is basically face to face communication, where you communicate verbally or non-verbally. Interpersonal communication is one of the important types communication because the sender and the receiver understands and sees the each others emotions and gets the true meaning of the idea which the sender wants to convey. Written communication involves any type of messages that makes use of the written word. Written communication is the most important and effective method of business communication. Examples of written communication: letters, emails, faxes, and postcards. Oral communication is the process of expressing information by word or mouth. Communication brings people together by removing misunderstandings and creating clarity of thoughts and expressions. Communication fixes the gap between individuals. Face to face communication is important as it allows you to share your idea freely amd be creative. Meeting people in person helps you to see their body language, tone and reactions therefore you know the main idea of the message they try to convey rather than texting or email where it is just words and you do not see the real reaction of the person which can lead to misunderstanding. Face to face communication is important mainly because the feeling can be shared emotionally. This concludes that face to face communications has its benefits and that it can be more effective than the other ways
