It helped seeking cultural description and eliciting multiple constructed realities. It could be related to the amount of tolerance and patience an individual had the capacity to manage the stress, influence others by their personality and others. The questionnaire (Figure1.1) was our first step on the research. It showed the sense how our working team faces each amendment of System A. It was a small-scale trial before the main investigation. It helped piloting a more detailed questionnaire (Figure1.2) could clearly lie the importance spot on the research. According to the result of our first questionnaire, over 90% respondents understood the requirement of the upgrading progress for System A but almost 80% of them were weighed down by the stress of completing each upgrading task of overtime working. Also, 60% respondents showed that the communications between instructors and working teams were not enough as well as the technology equipment. Since every updating task needed various kinds of knowledge on computer. Over 78% represented that there were not enough chances for them to upgrade their knowledge to fulfill the job. After gathering the result from the first step, we focused our next questionnaire (Figure 1.2) on communications, technologies and other problems among different parties.
