INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry covers the area within the service industry that includes hotel industry. Room division plays as an important role in working process of a hotel. This is the first department contact with guests, contribute to the profit and whole revenue. In room division assignment, I will introduce about room division operations of Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.

• Patrolling and fire prevention.
• Checking the circuit breaker, the department's computers, etc.
• Checking the door lock of the office, warehouse, etc.

In this assignment, room division had analyzed. The major departments in the rooms division are front office and housekeeping. Especially, front office department and housekeeping department of Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi had examined thoroughly in this assignment.

The scope of the hospitality industry refers to the range of businesses that provide services and facilities.
