Secondly, Janet a manager computer services. Her profile make a strong impression on me. She said that she is a people person and her job is trying and making sure everyone’s happy in the department and she also enjoy meetings which is really good to listen and discuss with staff. In addition, she is very different from other manager because she talks about goals with her staff and decide them together while another manager try to decide everything but still listen their staff. However, after the discussion or meeting, you cannot change her mind because she has done it in the meeting together with her staff; very decisive person. The most special thing is that she spend lots of time sorting out staff problem because she think it’s a priority. This group is a multination group who are different ages and from different cultures so her management style may available to manage them, understanding about them and this group like warm and friendly people which Janet’s personality has. Moreover, she already good as well-organized so to work with a multination group is not a problem for her. Her profile is really good but the weakness of her is try to make sure everyone’s happy in the department because for some reasons she has to decide whose ideas she will choose or reject for project
However, working in this company as a manager, she facing some problems, which lead her to take a decision whether she leaves the company or try to make some smart changes.

Organizations have become engrossed on achieving rapid outcomes for their projects, which result in actions that essentially contradict the fundamental purpose of project management. The Volkswagen crisis could have avoided if the Volkswagen organization had good management and strong leadership throughout the life cycle of the project. To avoid the existing crisis to repeat itself, the incoming CEO for Volkswagen organization must set the standard, hold managers accountable, and ensure the organization is meeting the desired outcomes.
The company needs to employ specific team behaviors in order to balance the management and the expansion of the company. The team behaviors should include adapting a project management system, which helps the managers to coordinate different departments within the company. In this way the company will be able to contain and handle the expansion. Similarly, the employees should be assigned more than one project in order to finish, reduce and clear the existing work load. In order to ensure that the project runs smoothly, the department and project managers should collaborate management between different projects to ensure smooth running of the same. This simply means that the executive manager
“In order to be successful in that case Mr.Dees manages the conflict constructively. He generated the current solutions and searched fort he common acceptable solution. Vicky must also take into account the duty to her boss, Wendy. First, Vicky must suggest that quick temper of Wendy’s be abolished because animosity between Wendy and her staff members may lead to a broader conflict. Also such behavior could lead the company as a whole to be less productive, because with Wendy’s quick temper it will be hard for staff members to share ideas. Sharing ideas between members of staff makes a company more successful.

Each decision will directly affect his career, so as the future of the organization. The case presents a realistic situation
Despite the fact that MGI had come up with a good idea for business, the lack of planning, organization, leadership and control presented a key management problem. When the time came to launch the product, the three friends were the only staff of the company. 1. The main criteria FEL uses to assign managers to their projects include time constraints and expertise. Clearly, managers with heavy workloads will not do as well as those without significant current time constraints. Hence, the likelihood that the work will progress smoothly under such managers is greater than otherwise. Expertise is also an important requirement to ensure that a project runs smoothly. Hence, the combination of low time constraints with the highest level of expertise appears to be a good basis for successful projects. However, one potential danger of assigning an apparently random number of managers to teams who need to work closely together could create communication problems, especially if these managers have not worked together before, or indeed if severe personality clashes occur. Hence, it might be a good idea to conduct regular assessments of the progress of the work as well as how well managers function together, particularly in a remote location such as Abu Dhabi.
So what I see the most critical part is they have high turnover in the organisation and HR manger is always busy in selection process and training. And she was not getting good time to develop the coordination. So she was not been able to find out the actual cause of turnover from the origination. Every other manager has the department head to assist them but in HR section no HR focal person working in the department. So the staffing and the coordination part is lack.
