What steps should be followed by the audience to successfully receive a message?
Introduction:
In any interactive communication environment, there are many possible disruptions in the shared content by various communication barriers such as noise and distraction, competing messages, filters, channel breakdowns, etc. To ensure the intended communication with the audience is done effectively (i.e. by reducing these barriers), it is important to understand the mind of the audience. Firstly, the study of how an audience member receives the message should be done. This is done in 3 events.
