Introduction:
Holacracy: It is a governance structure in which distribution of power takes place among self- organizing groups, instead of authority form upward to downward in a hierarchical manner. It is a method in which management is decentralized. In the holacracy, the authority and decision-making power are distributed among the teams instead of concentrated on the management hierarchy. The holacracy have a management structure that is flat in nature. The holacracy system ensures that person who is responsible for completing the work should be given the full authority how the work is to be carried out.
