The following are the two fields of scientific study in physical science.

1. Physics: Physics is defined as the study of natural concepts, such as motion, energy, force and many more. The phenomenon related to the concepts of matter and energy is dealt with in the field of physics. For instance, the process corresponding to the flow of electricity in a wire and the effects that are brought about by the same are studied in the field of physics.

2. Chemistry: Chemistry is also defined as the study of the formation of matter starting from its building blocks. It deals how matter interacts with each other.

The two major fields of life science are,

1. Zoology: A branch of science that deals with the systematic study corresponding to animals is known as Zoology.

2. Botany: Botany deals with systematic study that is related to plants.
