There are many instances where we play the leader role in our lives, one good situation was the group presentation at school on the topic “global warming and its consequences” this presentation was for a national island competition. There was 10 members’ in my team and we had time constraint since our school made a sudden decision to participate. Therefore, at this situation I as a leader had authority over my colleagues.
