Case summary/Introduction:
Case refers to a pet camp which has been in operation for over 10 years and has over 150 locations. There are several characters in the case which is responsible for the daily activities and management of the business.

Adequate information:
The founder of the organization is H and the official owner of camp bow wow is S R and later C was recruited as the camp counselor.As C's ability in dealing with the customers and pets were good, she is now the general manager of the organization.
