The questions might include the products requested by the customers, complaints on the existing products, environmental factors that must be compared in developing the new products.

The OE/S can collect sales data of existing customers. The environmental factors can be collected only with the help of government agencies and other sources.

Manager, customer sales and services:

The questions include the peak demand for the sales locations, activities required to protect the present volume and the development of the new business, and customer services provided by the new competitors...
