Return on Investment: Return on investment means how much the company is earning on the asset invested in their business. Return on investment is calculated by dividing the operating income of the company from total capital employed in the business. It is a measure to the check the profitability in the business.
Profit Margin: It is the ratio which measures the profitability of the company. It is calculated by dividing the net income by the sales.
Investment Turnover: It is measuring how much is the company’s sales in ratio of the investment or how much is the equity of the company. It is calculated dividing the sales with net equity of the company.
