Introduction:
The researchers have found that the tendency of the managers to simplify the tasks of the employees can actually lead to negative result for both companies and their employees as it can reduce the productivity of the employees when they are not exposed to specialized work areas which restrict their chances of growth. Furthermore, the organizations, in general,have to spend enormous time and resources when they have to look potentially more employees and furthermore the efficiency of the organization can suffer due to the disruption of work-flow sequence and less productive results from employees.
