Introduction:

The pathogens sometimes acquire resistance to one or more than one microbial agents. In order to affect microbes, the antimicrobial drug must cross the cell wall and membrane to attach to the target molecule inside the cell. Microbes develop resistance against a drug by interrupting at some point of this pathway.
