Question
Chapter 10.3, Problem 1I
Summary Introduction
To explain: The conclusion derived from the table.
Introduction: The transfer of the DNA information into protein sequences is carried through the translation process. The concept of genetic codes was given by Marshal Nirenberg et al. Genetic codes are triplets of nucleotides that explicitly encode for the amino acids. Several experiments were performed, and the results were brainstormed upon to decode the triplet lying behind the amino acid. Cell-free systems and customized mRNA sequences were used, along with the required components for protein synthesis.
