Question
Chapter 10.6, Problem 24WDL
Summary Introduction
To explain:
The event that occurs during wave summation and its importance in the body.
Concept introduction:
The tension generated with each contraction of muscle increases until it reaches the point of maximum contraction when all the motor units have been stimulated. This increase in the tension of muscle occurs due to increase in the intensity of the stimulus known as recruitment. It is important because it helps to account all or none law of muscles.
