Poliovirus have RNA based genome with single stranded positive sense RNA with 7.5 kb long. Poliovirus replicate inside the host cell with the help of RNA dependant RNA polymerase enzyme. Coronovirus consists of RNA as their genome. It causes common cold and flu infection in humans.
