How do I respond to this in 100 words?
Workplace relationships are critical to the operation of a business. A person who works a full-time job is likely to spend just as much time with coworkers as they do with their family (Sias, 2009). In order to maintain a productive working environment, management must obtain order by implementing work rules regarding employee conduct which includes some type of discipline or discharge for misconduct (Holley et al., 2017). Conflict between employees can often be due to work itself or personal problems that employees bring to work (Chappell, 2006). Regardless of the cause, both workplace and personal conflict should be considered a potential cause of workplace violence (Chappell, 2006). One of the best ways to prevent workplace violence is to address the problem in an attempt to prevent employees from being violent (Chappell, 2006).
