Personality type A and personality type B is based on the personality type theory that explains the behavior pattern of the individuals considering risk factors associated with coronary heart diseases. There is also a personality type C and personality type H.
Personality type C individuals deal with the stress by ignoring their own mental and physical needs and are emotionally suppressed by stress. An individual with type C personality is at high risk of developing cancer.
The type H personality or hardy personality individual’s feels that their life controls them and they have a sense of beliefs, identity, values, and commitment.
