Physical fitness is important for healthy wellbeing. This comes from a regular exercise and proper nutrition. There are five basic modules of the physical fitness. These are cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, body composition, muscle endurance, and muscle strength. The physical fitness can be designed by FITT principle which is based on frequency, intensity, time, and type.
