Introduction: Physical fitness is important for a healthy wellbeing. This comes from a regular exercise and proper nutrition. There are five basic components of the physical fitness. These are cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Physical activity costs energy and it must be replaced with a balanced meal within 30 to 40 minutes of exercise for post-exercise recovery.
