Chapter 11.12, Problem 4CC
Summary Introduction
Photosystem I can be defined as the multisubunit complex or integral membrane protein complex seen mainly in the thylakoid membranes or cytoplasmic membrane that uses light energy to produce high energy carriers. Moreover, photosystem I is considered as the first protein complex of the light-dependent reactions that occurs during oxygenic photosynthesis and it is located in the thylakoid membrane of cyanobacteria, algae, and plants.
