Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Pyruvate or pyruvic acid is the important organic compound in biochemistry. It can be produced from glucose through the process called glycolysis. Two molecules of pyruvate are produced from a single glycolysis process. Acetyl-Coenzyme A is also one of the most important organic compound which anabolize the fatty acid synthesis, acetyl-CoA is produced from the pyruvate molecule by a process called pyruvate oxidation.
