Making progress involves moving ahead in the activity or work in hand. It involves growth, satisfactory development, perfection, advancement towards maturity and completion.
Explanation of Solution
People feel motivated when they come across chance to experience achievement. The employees continue to pursue a specific course of action if they get to know that they are making progress every day in the project at hand. Performance reports prove to be great means to make employees to identify their progress on long range projects. According to me making progress stand to be the most significant factor that helps in motivating the employees because at the end of the day they want to accomplish their objectives and goals. Hence, it can be said that employees are keen to check their progress under the project they are working on to remain driven towards accomplishing their end goals.
